A weird dream Srubs sequence

OK this is pretty odd dream I had but anyway it starts off around Christmas time(Yes I know its summer so why fuck am I dreaming of it) and every present I get turns out be more and more disappointing. By time I finished opening all of my gifts I ask my parents why I get this, they mutter something. During that mutter I flash in to J.D. on Scrubs for some reason where he's dealing with Dr.Cox, Turk, and Elliot.(I wonder why there was no Carla) As he dealing with them he's reading something at same time. I then flash to at school and I'm talking to Jason about what had happen during Christmas. He says something like "That's pretty depressing".
